| The course is designed for people working in business, services, administration or management who need to deal with spoken and written Spanish at work or wish to work in a Spanish speaking country and have good Spanish skills at the Intermediate level.
The students develop the ability to discuss topics related to the business world such as organization of a company, marketing, sales, economy, quality and services.
Because of the growing importance of Spanish in the business world, the demand for practical commercial Spanish courses is growing. Yet, to date, there have been very few courses designed to meet this need. This program fulfils the requirements of bilingual commercial courses by focusing on the major business fields and presenting technical vocabulary, dialogues and models of business letters, as well as samples of commercial papers (such as credit and shipping documents) necessary to function in these fields.
Course contents:
- appropriate responses and the right language for handling work-related situations
- how to present the products and services of your company
- how to apply moderation techniques at meetings and negotiations
- how to write job applications and successfully conduct job interviews
- working techniques, operational processes and cultural differences.
